Manish KU - SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Manish completed his Bachelor of Design in 2016 from Raffles Millennium International, Bengaluru, and comes with a background in Civil Engineering, along with a Diploma in Lighting Design. Over the years, he has worked across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects with reputed design studios in Bengaluru, gaining experience across different scales and aspects of design. Manish joined ‘Open to Sky’ in September 2026 as Senior Interior Designer. His design approach is rooted in the belief that form should follow function, with a strong emphasis on creating spaces that are thoughtful, practical, and visually timeless. Manish enjoys exploring the balance between aesthetics and functionality, while paying close attention to materials, proportions, lighting, and the overall experience of a space. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, practising MMA, and travelling. He has a keen interest in sketching and often uses it as a way to explore ideas and observe the world around him. Manish believes that staying curious, experiencing new places, and constantly learning from his surroundings, are an important part of growing as a designer.
